Reno Running and Fitness

I want to thank you both for all your expertise, support and enthusiasm. I would NEVER have done this if not for RRF. When I first signed up I thought to myself "I'll do the training because it's a good way to get in shape, but I'll never be able to run that race" — and I really believed that. Well, I did run it, and at under a 12 minute pace! For me (a formal couch potato), that is a huge accomplishment.
