This is a 10 week running program (Monday, Aug 03, 2015 – Sunday, Oct 11, 2015) that includes a personalized training schedule, expert presenters, a performance wear shirt, two group runs per week, kickoff party, and post event party. This is a social running program that assists individuals who want to learn to run. This is a supportive, social, and fun training program for a variety of different paces. No prior running experience is necessary.
