This is a 16-week training program (Monday, June 16, 2015 – Sun, Oct 11, 2015) that will increase mileage between 7 and 20 miles and train runners for the Tahoe Marathon or any other summer/fall marathon. This program includes a training schedule, presenters, a performance wear shirt, two group runs per week, kickoff party and post event party.
