Reno Running and Fitness in conjunction with Pendola Training is offering a 10-week session that will focus on improving strength, speed and running form. It should enable you to improve your times and reach the goals for which you are striving. The first night will consist of a running fitness evaluation to determine your current fitness level and to assist the coaches with personalizing you training program with your goal time in mind.
This session has a limit on the number of runners in the program to enable the coaches to provide safe, structured, and personalized training. Please register early, to ensure a spot in the program.
This program will be coached by Sean Stafford and/or Mark Hollingsworth in conjunction with Matt Pendola through Pendola Training. These are experienced athletes with specialized training in working specifically with runners. See coach bios!

Please note: We recommend you have at least one year of running prior to registering for this program.
Morning speedwork (5:45 a.m.) and evening (6:00 p.m.) will meet at Reno High School Track week 1 (Wednesday, Feb. 24) and Weeks 6 to 10. Week 2 to 5 will meet at Caughlin Club for hill training. This speedwork session is between 60-75 minutes.
***Please bring a stopwatch or wristwatch and flashlight or headlamp to the speedwork sessions. Due to daylight savings time, some of these sessions may occur in the dark. Please be prepared and dress accordingly.
