Half Marathon

The Reno Running and Fitness13 week half marathon training program is for runners who wish to train for a spring half marathon. This is ideal for runners interested in training for any half marathon between April and June. We welcome all paces, from novice to veteran runner. The half marathon training program is designed to train runners how to add distance and quality to the running experience. Our lecture series is designed to provide you with essential training information in addition to just running the miles. All the great standard stuff, plus a 10 week speedwork session on Wednesday nights from Feb. 24, 2010-April 28, 2010.
