The Reno Running and Fitness Marathon Training program is for runners who want to train for a spring marathon. This is a 16-week training program and is ideal for anyone wanting to run a spring marathon from April through June. This training program is designed to help you successfully complete your marathon, no matter what pace you run. We recommend you are able to run at least 6-7 miles at any pace and are averaging 15 miles per week before registering for this program.
